Kanazawa

The Kaga-region as Kanazawa was called earlier was under the Edo period the richest part of Japan, which is reflected in the really fine food culture that almost brings this city at the same level as Kyoto. Even though Kanazawa is a modern city today, it is still one of the most attractive regions that Japan offers its foreign visitors.
