Nara

As its big brother Kyoto, Nara is build according to Chinese urban principles. However Nara is not quite as famous. But if you have an interest for the Japanese cultural history then you must see this charming city. Nara was the capital of Japan from 710 to 784. Today the architecture of the city is regarded as unique.
